This footage shows Moo-Go(Korean; 무고), the Drum dance which can be originated from 15th century, performed by the members of The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts (Korean; 국립국악원) at Changduk Palace in Seoul in 1966. The dancers in the middle who play the big drum have short sticks in their hands that do not show because of the long sleeves.

The footage was filmed by Dr. Robert Garfias, professor of Anthropology at the Social Sciences Department of University of California, Irvine (UCI) in Korea, 1966. You can visit his website, (http://aris.ss.uci.edu/rgarfias/) to see lots of other interesting World music recordings and films.
